General Questions
Do you ship Internationally?
Yes 🙂 Our paintings come with free shipping (anywhere in the world!) everything else comes with a small shipping fee to cover some of the costs. I personally hate paying crazy shipping fees so I’ve worked hard to keep the prices super low.
What payments do you accept?
Paypal, bank card, or afterpay. Happy to help if you need more assistance. (hi@spirityou.com)
Who makes your products?
Everything is made by my two hands 🙂
What about refunds?
If you’re unhappy (in any way) a 100% refund is always offered. Just send me an email with your order number (hi@spirityou.com)
Is your packaging recyclable.
Spirit vulvas are mailed in stiff cardboard mailers and our paintings come rolled up in cardboard mailers. The goal is to limit plastic where possible!
I have a specific idea for an art piece, can I get it commissioned?

How can I stay up to date with new releases?
I have a weekly (non-spammy) newsletter I send out with just the good stuff including quick updates on what I’m working on. There’s a sign up form at the bottom of this page and you can snatch yourself a free print as a thank-you.

Spirit Print Questions
Do I need a fancy printer to print off my Spirit Print?
I won’t lie, it will help. You’re welcome to print as many copies as you like for yourself (as long as you’re not distributing or selling them). So definitely try it on your home computer. If the quality isn’t up to scratch, pop the file onto a gig stick and take it down to your local printer.
Expert tip: better quality paper helps (a lot) when it comes to printing from home.
Budget Hack: A little bird told me that Officeworks (Australia) allows you to bring in your own quality paper that they’ll print directly onto for a small printing fee!

The design I wanted is no longer there
To keep my creative brain working, the previous designs will be retired when I release my next print releases. That said, if there’s a design you’re super keen on, send me through an email (hi@spirityou.com) and I’ll do my best to hook you up.
